Provide linking strategies between submarine optical and backhaul optical cable networks.

• Negotiate with Submarine cable consortia’s to obtain cost effective leases on capacities on behalf of the customers
• Offer connection via leased backhaul optical cable links – negotiate terms with the  backhaul providers on behalf of the customers
• Implement the link ups, throughout the network up to customer’s terminal equipment
•  Offer service maintenance agreements, undertake  system maintenance and/or operational services on implemented systems .
